Brandy Christmas Pudding, Vegan, Traditional Round

Delicious moist round vegan Christmas pudding. Our dark rich pudding has no added gluten, dairy, egg, nut with no added refined sugar. Handmade in small batches, we use juicy currants, sultanas, raisins which we let steep in Brandy, then we combine with the spices and the rest of the ingredients.With an optional sixpence.We let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and leave to mature to perfection.
